I came across this picture in the current issue of This Old House Magazine. How fun are these stair treads? It's wallpaper!! If I lived in an old house that had stairs in bad shape, this is how I would give them a makeover. Or imagine them in a wide vertical stripe, like a rugby stripe. What would your tread be?
